This classic traverse of the mountains highlights some of the best hill scenery anywhere in the Mediterranean and this tour comes with an interesting twist.
We venture east briefly to experience and stay at a sanctuary, followed by a natural park on the water’s edge, giving us chance to dive into the bigger picture. Just imagine setting off each day knowing you’re going to be staying somewhere completely different that night. To get between walk venues, you’ll only need a day sack as this trek offers full vehicle assistance for the rest of your things. (Except the night at Tossals – We’ll just travel light) It’s a land only tour, which means you need to get your own flights to Palma to fit in with the tour. Transport will pick you up from the airport and take you to our first venue at Randa, but when the tour finishes after breakfast in Palma city you’ll have to make your own way back to the airport. All information needed re buses, taxis will be offered by your guide. What’s included:- The tour is based on two people sharing a twin or double room although a single supplement is available at £55 each for the four nights available at Randa, Mondrago, Lluc and Palma. The tour wouldn’t be complete without the services of a mountain guide and a driver to take our luggage between Randa and Palma city finish. Meals are as follows : Evening meals provided six nights (two choice menu of the day with wine at most venues). Breakfast every day Day 1:
Arrive and taken to Sanctuary de Randa – Staying at the sanctuary.
Day 2:
To Cala Mondrago for short coastal walk in the area – Stay Mondrago.

Transport connections are numerous at this time of year, with buses, trains, taxis offering regular service back to the airport after your stay. Level of difficulty :- This holiday should present no difficulties to anyone in good condition who’s used to mountain walking. Most of the route is on well defined footpaths, but there are a few stretches over rough ground. The trek is graded B. The heat is the most important thing to consider at this time of year.
Group Size 9 Max.
